Rural entertainment at its best!

This heffer got roped, Matt climbed on and rode all the way out of the coral and up the hill. She finally got him off when she tried to go through the fence in the corner. He damn near had her broke to ride! Was to funny to watch. The last picture looks like a mexican stand off! Ya got to love the country entertainment!

Just for fun

Challas in Koys sun glasses, he was so funny to watch while he tried to get them off grabbing the air in front of his eyes! He did finally figure out where they were on his face and got them off, to funny.

McKoy is missing his top teeth now, all he wants for Easter is his two front teeth!

A pile of kids! The girls love to play with Challas. He likes to roll all over them.

Spring is here!

Spring is on its way, we are loving the sunshine. We caught Brogan for the kids to start riding they were so excited.

Challas and his new food face's

The first time Challas ate squash he loved it but this time he was not so sure. He kept pulling faces and then went to doing raspberries! I love this age. Just to cute.

Laughter!

McKoy is always keeping us in stitches. Yesterday we were out picking up empty mineral tubs, a job he really enjoys, in the ranger. He pops his head in from outside and says Mom I got some yucky stuff on my hands. It was muddy and the tubs are some times sticky. So I said you'll be ok, he replies with Ya it's just part of boys life, we get dirty, but not so much for girls. I had to laugh, but a few minutes later when we got back to the barn he and Ash were in the back and he jumps out and she was a bit puzzled on how to get out, so she yells to Koy, how do I get out of here, he yells back, just do it like a man! We were all laughing by then.

So tonight I stuck a old home movie of the kids when they were very little in to keep them busy while I got dinner ready. It has bee a long while since we have seen them and in this one Koy was 2 years old, he had just gotten a puzzle of animals from Grandma for his birthday. The puzzle made animal sounds when you put the piece in. He was so afraid of that puzzle but being the animal lover he was he was shaking when he put the piece in scared to death to hear the animal sound, it was the funniest thing to watch. All the kids were laughing at the movie. He has always been the funniest kid. So glad for video cameras, I had forgotten about that and it was so fun to watch it. So real. Memories are great.
