Random Summer Fun

One of the best parts of late summer, fresh corn on the cob, never can get enough.

Challas our little pirate! He loves hats and one of the girls gave him this one he was amused with playing peek a boo with it.

He also loves to climb, and check out his really cute "wellies" nothing like a pair of little water boots on a little foot!

Tess, she looks a lot older in this picture. Challas' hands in the left corner he is clapping in excitement.

McKoy and Minie the pup, he enjoys playing with her and tries to teach her tricks, her best one tug of war!

Sorry Ash I did not get any photos of you these days, not sure why?

Mangey Coyote

Early one morning I walked by the kitchen window and saw this coyote pup right in the yard by time I grabbed my camera (yes I know why did I not grab the 22) he was on his way out. He looks tough like he has mange, the way a lot of them have been looking around here lately. I think he was eating the rat Matt had just shot out of the truck because it was gone when I went outside after he left. There seems to be lots of mice, rats and coyotes this year. Any how about 2 weeks later Bret got him in the field.

Just a few more pics.

It was the middle of July when I took these. As usual I took way to many pictures to choose from I like something about all of them. Humm...

Time Marches On........

Its hard to believe that these 4 cuties are ours. They are growing so fast. McKoy is 7 yrs, Ashton is 5 yrs, Tess is 3 1/2 years and Challas 10 1/2 months. They are good sports when I want to take pictures it was fun this day as they wanted the puppies to come along. Some of the best photos end up being the out takes, like when they were laughing at something one of them said, and the one with them kneeling down with the puppies, I wonder what Ashton is thinking. It really is true pictures are worth a thousand words.

Peek A Boo

This is one of the first few times he walked, look at his face I think I can do it and focused on the destination! He walked on July 3rd and this was on July 6th.

Peek a Boo through a hamper too.

Challas is starting to walk more and more now. He still gets so excited like look at me, he still dose the Frankenstein walk with his arms out. This is the middle of July. Funny he seems to get pretty excited over most everything.

Challas' new trick is peek a boo, he will put what ever he can find on he head and pull it off in such excitement. This day he found this basket and it was so funny because he could see through the holes but would look down like he could not and then when he took it off would be so excited, but he would wait till you were looking to take it off, cause he could see you. What a crack up.
